Untitled and Incomplete
What can I say,
that hasn’t been said before?
What song shall I sing,
to make you walk back through the door?
What if I told you the truth,
would it leave my heart tore?
These must be the reasons
why don’t love me anymore.
I remember the nights,
When the rain came tumbling down.
We both laid there quietly,
We didn’t make a sound.
On the outside, you couldn’t see me frown.
I never showed my pain
when you were around.

Why do we make fun of other people?
We all do it.
We pick on complete strangers,
as well as people we love and respect.
Why do we do this?
By belittling others,
we spotlight others imperfections,
or limitations or differences;
in order to down play the
limitations and imperfections
within ourselves.
We do it because it’s easy
to cover up our true feelings
about others.
We do it because of peer
pressure & our personal fear
of rejection.
We do it to detach our
emotional dependency from
another human that consumed our
every thought…every breath…
every night & day.
Ultimately..Its easier than
dealing with the pain…
The pain of being human.
