Grettings everyone. February is shaping up to be a fine month, indeed! Amongst the sleet, high winds, and occational cold, there is a sense that something big is on the horizon. Maybe the “Spring” bug is bitting a few months early.
Recently, I have started to work with two fine bands from the East Coast, Fidel & “Mac & Juice”. I am assisting their careers in the relm of artist development and promotion. In plain English, this means I am helping them book gigs, get publicity, and record contracts.
Not one to leave tech stuff out, I am also working on a “tweaked” distribution of Red Hat Linux 8.0 with the newly released Gnome 2.2 desktop. So far, everything is working out great. Ahhh, but those sleepless nights, caffeine kicks, dehydration, and lack of nurishment don’t phase me when I’m stoked on projects such as these.
Next goal: Nicer climate and habitation.
