Holiday Blues

Greetings from Wilson, North Carolina. I have been back home for a few days now. They have been filled with suspense, drama, comedy, and a slight dose of depression. Lets face it…a lot of use tend to get a little down when the Holiday Season hits.

It all started when my bloody plane was delayed for 4 hours in Minnesota. We had electrical problems, and had to transfer to another plane. To top that, once I got into RDU, I had to wait an hour for my dad to pick me up.
I have been jonezin’ to eat at all of the fast food joints that are in NC, but not in CA. My first stop, of course, was Bojangles. It was weird, because I felt really terrible after eating my normal 4 piece supreme combo, with sweet tea.

I think I may have finally grown up this year. Its about time, too! How many 22 year old ten year olds do you know?

I saw my dearest Brooke Wednesday night. She was looking as beautiful as ever! We talked about the past and present. She’s the same sweet, sensitive, and compassionate woman I met in college. I hope the future has a happy ending written for the both of us. We are planning to hang out again before I head back West.

Today, I picking up my boy Jeff from Greenville. We are going to hang out, and maybe play some tunes.

Until next time, may God shine his glory on Wake Forest 😉
