Greetings all! I am getting geared up for a busy September. Dena and I are heading to San Francisco to be part of Cody and Amy’s wedding. We are staying at the epic Lafayette Park Hotel. I am hopeful my bro Kevin is going to come up from LA to visit for a day or so, since it is the first time I have been back to the Golden State in 10 years.
We just finished an epic run of home renovation projects. Got the crib repainted on the outside, master bathroom floor tiled, and granite throughout the house. The house looks awesome and it will make for a relaxing time when we are trapped indoors for a long winter (fingers crossed that it is not too long or cold).
Parker is growing like a weed….hopping and dancing and riding her tiny bike. She is speaking full sentences and keeping Dena and I entertained.
Finally, I am working as a Technical Reviewer for a book on VMware Horizon View. I do not know when it will be released, but I get a credit and bio in the book. Publishing a book was always on my bucket list (even before there was a name like bucket list…it was just called “Stuff I wanna do before I die”). Now, I am getting the opportunity to contribute on a subject I really enjoy.
