Today started out rough. First, I wake up, and my stomach ulcers are killing me. Next, I find out my roommate got in a car wreck. While I’m talking with my boss on the phone this morning, he told me his car got jacked in front of his pad. Next, I head to a client’s office to install a hard drive. It’s no big deal, just a simple, 10 minute task. When I have the drive in the computer, and power it up, one of the hard drives already in the machine fails. Upon further investigation, it seems the drive has crashed. I took the drive shortly after, to a data recovery specialist. As I write, I am waiting for the results of the data extraction from the drive that crashed. Finally, my Internet connection to my server has been down all day. Ah, the joys that surround us as the holidays draw close.
Well, there is some good news. My internet connection is restored. (How else would I be adding this update to my website?) Also, I have some new tunes to add to Chaos Radio and pictures to add to the Photo Gallery. This work will be completed sometime over the long, holiday weekend. Check back to these two sections on Monday to enjoy the magic.
I’m getting geared up for the Christmas Break. I will have plenty of time in North Carolina to spend with friends and family. Drop me an email, and I’ll see if we can get up to drink a few beers, or workout 😉
